Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Press Brook Park. We hope you enjoy your stay. Please find below the terms and conditions applicable to our site.

Your agreement is with Press Brook Park and its owners and references to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ in these terms and conditions are to Press Brook and its owners. References to ‘you’ in these terms and conditions are to you, as the person making this booking and, where applicable, to every member of your party.

Glamping units payments are due 4 weeks before arrival please note no refunds are given, it is recommended you take out your own travel insurance
Credits for future bookings will be given for cancellations before 7 days of arrival. NO REFUNDS GIVEN
Arrival for caravans is anytime after 3pm and we ask that you vacate your pitch before 12 noon on your day of departure. We will do our best, where possible, to accommodate earlier arrivals or later departures.
Permission must be given by the site owner for any family or friends that wish to visit the site.
We can only dispose of your everyday domestic waste. You must not leave broken items (e.g. chairs etc) or large packaging (e.g. cardboard boxes from new items) as we are unable to dispose of them.
We use the surrounding field for livestock during the summer months and you are required to keep your dog(s) on a lead during this period (notice will be given during these times). Please do not let you dog(s) toilet on the site.
We reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to terminate the visit of any person whose conduct we consider is detrimental to us or to our other visitors. Any refunds will be at the owners discretion.
We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage, however caused, to your property or vehicles or any injury to you or your visitors whilst staying on our site

The Glamping/Caravan Site are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event they are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result of circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events (“Force Majeure”). We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.

This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; we shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via this site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

We reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time as we see fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
